1. Introduction
Welcome to Grow India Organic! These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to your participation in the training program for the Sales Associate role and your conduct during training and office activities. By accepting the training invitation, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Job and Compensation Details

  • Job Profile: Sales Associate
  • Monthly Salary: Basic Salary + Incentive (as per final confirmation)
  • Sales Audience: Farmers
  • Sales Products: Organic Agriculture Products (Fungicide, Plant Growth Promoter, Pesticide)
  • Job Role: Your primary responsibility as a Sales Associate will be to understand farmers' requirements and pitch our products to support their farming needs.
  • Work Location:
    1390, Kamla Nehru, Jai Nagar, Jabalpur
    Landmark: Nearby Roma Chatterjee Hospital
  • Week Off: Sunday (Note: The week off does not apply during the training period, as training is mandatory and conducted during these days.)

3. Training Program

  • Training Duration: The maximum duration for training is up to 15 days.
  • Training Timing: Training will take place for 2+ hours daily.
  • Training Compensation: The training is unpaid. However, it is a critical component of the onboarding process to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills for your role.
  • Mandatory Participation: All new candidates are required to participate in the training sessions to be eligible for the position. Non-participation or absence without valid reasons will disqualify the candidate from the role.
  • Training Content: The training will cover product knowledge, sales techniques, and how to effectively engage with farmers to pitch organic agricultural products.
  • Training Venue: The training will take place at the same location as your worksite:
    1390, Kamla Nehru, Jai Nagar, Jabalpur.
    • Training Date for New Batch: 28/11/2024
    • Training Time: 12:30 PM to 2:45 PM

4. Interview and Selection

  • Interview Details: If you have not yet interviewed for the role, please ensure your availability for the interview on the scheduled date.
  • Failure to Attend: If you fail to attend the interview or training session without prior notice, your offer may be revoked.

5. Office Conduct and Maintenance
As an employee of Grow India Organic, you are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for the workplace environment. The following guidelines must be adhered to:

  • Professional Behavior: All employees are expected to demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect for colleagues, supervisors, and customers, including farmers.
  • Office Appearance: Employees should maintain a clean and professional appearance, suitable for the nature of their work and the representation of the Company.
  • Punctuality and Attendance:
    • Training and work sessions must be attended on time.
    • Consistent tardiness or unapproved absences will be addressed according to the Company’s attendance policy.
    • No leave is allowed during the training period unless there is an emergency, which must be communicated in advance.
  • Workplace Cleanliness: Employees are responsible for keeping their immediate workspaces and common areas tidy and organized.
  • Use of Company Property: Employees are expected to use the Company’s resources, equipment, and materials responsibly and exclusively for work-related purposes. Personal use should be minimized.
  • Health and Safety: Employees are required to follow all health and safety protocols and report any hazards or safety concerns immediately.
  • Confidentiality: Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding all Company information, customer details, and proprietary knowledge.

6. Termination of Employment

  • Non-Compliance: If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, or if there are instances of misconduct or poor performance, your employment may be terminated.
  • Resignation: Employees who wish to resign from the position must follow the appropriate resignation procedure, providing notice as outlined in the Company’s policies.
