Refund policy

Charges for courier & COD cost included inside product price. Separate charges re not visible at checkout due to tech issue. Advance (Partial payment/Prepaid) payment required due to delivery risk. Advance is non-refundable.

We have a 0-day return policy, which means you have 0 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

Applied for Stay fresh product Minimum 2 Roll on combos only  (Return & refund allowed only IF, customer share return request via email within 20 minutes of product delivered & 1st use only.)

Note: No returns allowed for any trial pack.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation 

  1. Due to limited stocks, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before dispatch. This gives us the opportunity to manage stocks. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your order, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future orders. However, if you do not cancel before the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the order. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.
  2. Cancellations made 2 days or more in advance of the dispatch order date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the order will incur a 30% fee.
  3. I understand that I am holding a order so stocks for this order are nonrefundable. If I am unable to received I understand that I can transfer to a friend.
  4. If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the order dispatch, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a gift coupon for your future order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
